Clubhouse Sandos & Suds

With Chef Robert Sieber, I oversaw creative development for his pop-up concept Clubhouse Sandos & Suds. Inspired by his father, a world champion polo player, it was designed around motifs of the sport. This project included logo, menu, and website design along with helping with the space itself. The sandwich counter was located in the old Scarr’s Pizza at 22 Orchard in the Lower East Side.
